About George

I studied at Brinsbury Campus for 3 years and left in 2014 with an Extended Diploma in Agriculture. Since qualifying I have worked on both dairy and arable farms in West Sussex.  

In order to broaden my experience with machinery operations, I went on and did two years with an agricultural contractor – and added into the mix, I spent the summer season of 2016 in Geraldton, Western Australia, participating in one of the largest grain harvests in Australasia!

At the beginning of 2018, both my work experiences and enthusiasm for the countryside led me to start my own company  –  GEORGE GRASSLAND SERVICES, the sister company to GEORGE SPORTS SERVICES. The core business was to provide field and paddock maintenance – multiple operations, all with compact machinery.

This naturally led into the creation of GEORGE SPORTS SERVICES, providing sports grounds maintenance – for schools and recreational grounds.
