3G Playing Services
It is often assumed that because the surface is made of synthetic fibres that it does not need any maintenance whereas in fact, it has been proved that it can increase its longevity by as much as 5 years.
The infill sand or rubber will migrate to the outside of the surface and can build up over time leaving the high usage areas through the middle of the pitch low thus damaging the carpet fibres.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning. using a cylindrical brush which removes the top surface of the infill onto a sieve the contaminants will be screened and collected via a trash bin the clean infill is then evenly distributed back onto the surface. The deep cleaner has adjustable tines to de-compact the surface and a vacuum for collecting fine material, dust and fibres which will stop the surface from clogging up which ultimately affects the drainage and playability of the surface.
Power Brushing
Power brushing is done to de-compact the surface loosening and bringing the infill from deep down to the top lifting the carpet fibres at the same time preventing the carpet fibres from folding and breaking which will reduce the longevity of the surface.
Hard Surfaces
Macadam or Polymeric surfaces need maintenance including regularly clearing surface debris such as litter and leaves. Vegetation treatments to kill moss, algae and weeds. Power washing to keep the surface clean and non-slippery. Re-painting the court lines keeping them fresh and clear.
Natural Pitches
A choice of topping – depending on the type of grass cut that is required, aeration and fertilising, line marking and general pitch maintenance.
